We will ship insured packages through UPS or FedEx, at the purchasers expense. In-store pick-up is always free and local courier services can be arranged.

Returns will be accepted for 10 business days from the date of purchase, if item/items are in original, unworn condition in original packaging.

Custom pieces are not returnable.

Deposits on custom design may be refunded if project is halted before manufacture has begun. This will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
